Whole province has 866 officials working at all-level "one-stop" sections

As of October 2023, the number of staff officially working for all-level "one-stop" sections is 866 officers, including 650 officers who receive documents and return results of administrative procedures at all levels, 98 employees of vertical agencies and the rest, including those in charge of managing and monitoring the activities of receiving and returning dossier results.

In the third quarter of 2023, provincial Department of Home Affairs organized training courses under the approved plan, including 2 training courses on electronic finance skills for commune-level accountants with 120 learners; a training course on consulting and synthesis skills and a training course on information providing skills for 180 learners; 2 training courses for 280 civil servants in charge of communal-level one-stop sections.
