“Women joining hands in new rural construction” contest held

North Tan Uyen district’s Women’s Union has just teamed up with the district’s Division of Economics to kick off the first “Women joining hands in new rural construction” competition.
The competition absorbed 10 teams from the branches of the local Women’s Union. Participating teams experienced 3 test parts: self-introduction, knowledge and sketch performance. All the test parts focused on education and propaganda of the nation and province’s criteria on new rural construction, the role of women in new rural construction…
On this occasion, the district’s Women’s Union also donated 10 saving books worth VND1mln each to the local women with difficult circumstances.
