Work starts on outdoor cultural and sports project

On August 21, the Military Command of Military Zone coordinated with provincial Military Command and the People's Committee of Ben Cat town to hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of an outdoor cultural and sports work in Tan Dinh Parish in Ben Cat town’s Tan Dinh ward.

Accordingly, the project is expected to be constructed within 60 days, including the following items: children's playground; volleyball yard; basketball hoop; mini-football ground; sports equipment..., with total cost of about VND 552 million.

This is an activity to strengthen the cohesion and solidarity between the armed forces and people of all religions in the province, contributing to meeting the local people and parishioners’ needs of cultural-sports activities. All aim at raising awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers in performing ethnic and religious work, creating a wide spread, a good impression among the local parishioners and people about the noble virtues of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", contributing to firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc.
