The groundbreaking ceremony for the Phu Hoa social housing-apartment building project was held yesterday, May 18.

 

The work is located at the Phu Hoa residential estate in TDM town’s Phu Hoa ward, including one ground floor and five storeys with a total construction area of 6,418sq.m. It also includes 117 apartments, a park, a parking-lot…with a total investment capital of VND26bln and will be fulfilled after 360-day construction. Once complete, it will supply accommodations for around 600 people.

 

At the ceremony, provincial vice-chairman Pham Hoang Ha called for investors in all economic parts to get involved in building social housing projects for workers and low-income earners in urban areas of the province. Provincial People’s Committee will create favorable conditions for investors to make these projects…
