Work starts on Phu Thuan residential estate’s villa and house combination project

Cat Toan Investment-Construction Co.Ltd. yesterday held a groundbreaking ceremony for the villa and house combination project under the Phu Thuan residential estate project in TDM town’s Phu Loi ward.

 

The Phu Thuan residential estate project covers 19.112 ha on Huynh Van Luy street, connecting TDM town and Binh Duong industrial-service-urban complex. It is expected that the population of the residential estate may reach 5,000. This will be an environmentally-friendly residential estate with many green trees, creating the new and modern image in the space of TDM town residential estate.

The project is also built under the modern urban structure with technical infrastructure built in a synchronous way and public works sufficiently invested at people’s demand for living, relaxation and entertainment. It is divided into two phases with the first occurring from 2009 and 2010 and the second from 2011 to 2016. The first phase of the project will focus on building 304 houses, 99 villas and 17 apartment buildings.
