Vo Binh Phuong, vice-secretary of TDM town’s Youth Union said that the local Youth Union will engage in activities on environmental protection in response to the campaign. Integral efforts in environmental protection

Provincial Youth Union and its affiliates have over time sped up dissemination of information about environmental protection. Noticeably, the role of the youth volunteers in environmental protection activities have obviously been shown through the models on environmental protection.

The whole province now has 90 voluntary youth squad on environmental protection. Only for a short time, more than 12,000 turns of youths helped the local people to make 120 km of rural roads, tidy up streets, clear canals…

Mr.Huy added that provincial Youth Union and its affiliates have recently worked out 86 youth works worth nearly VND300mln; dredged 20km of canals; cleaned up 125km of rural roads; planted nearly 1,500 green trees; collected waste along main streets, markets, bridges…and organized training courses on environmental protection…
