Youngsters of TDM city volunteer for green city

 *Thuan An city’s 2024 support festival for young workers held

Early May 26, Thu Dau Mot city (TDM)’s Youth Union coordinated with Tuong Binh Hiep ward’s Youth Union to organize the 2nd Green Sunday of 2024 at the ward’s new market park.

At the launching ceremony, Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union launched 5 volunteer squads, with 20 members, including a squad propagandizing, introducing the local key relics and cultural works; a youth volunteer squad for "Trash-free city"; a youth volunteer squad for "Green - friendly city"; a youth volunteer squad for a green - clean - beautiful environment; a youth volunteer squad participating in community digital transformation activities. Along with that, the  Standing Committee of Tuong Binh Hiep ward’s Youth Union gave 10 gifts for the local young workers, ethnic and religious youth with difficult circumstances.

After the launching ceremony, Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union coordinated with relevant units to organize a program on "Exchange plastic waste for gifts"; launched a QR code introducing Tuong Binh Hiep communal house; cleaned up canals in Tuong Binh Hiep ward...

*On the same morning, the Standing Committee of Thuan An city’s Youth Union organized a program to support young workers; honored outstanding young workers under the city’s 2024 "4 best" emulation movement at An Phu ward’s Culture - Information - Sports Center.

Many meaningful and practical activities such as launching a propaganda squad on red addresses; launching a squad to participate in making propaganda video clips about red addresses in Thuan An city; presenting 20 gifts to young workers with extremely difficult circumstances; donating 3 "dream rooms" to young workers with difficult circumstances; propagandizing drug prevention among young workers; giving free legal advice, making free digital signature installation...were also organized at the event.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Thuan An city’s Youth Union honored 9 outstanding young workers in the "4 best" emulation movement; coordinated with Head Giap Binh Duong system to provide free motorbike oil for young workers.
