Recognizing the importance of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, Binh Duong's youth are committed to playing a creative role in promoting socio-economic development. They are ready to embrace a new era as the country continues to rise and develop.

Develop capacity

Youth Union members are a pioneering, creative force, capable of mastering and applying new technology. Our Party and State identify digital transformation as one of the key tasks to help the country develop rapidly and sustainably. With dynamism, creativity and sensitivity, young people are expected to be the leading force in digital transformation.

Welcoming Party congresses at all levels, the Youth Union in the whole province carried out activities to inspire, encourage and motivate young people to promote creativity and actively participate in industrialization. In Tan Uyen City, local youth have been active, proactive, and pioneers in participating in specific projects. Typically, Tan Vinh Hiep Ward Union implemented a project to look up information via QR codes to learn about the history of the local Party Committee.

Currently, the District and equivalent Unions are implementing many projects applying digital transformation in propaganda and introducing historical relics in the area. In addition, the Youth Union branches also maintain and upgrade project "Digitizing red address information", e-commerce audio library, and implement a program to accompany young people in business development through an online trading platform...

Digital transformation is an inevitable trend and a common task of the Party, State and all our people. In that process, the pioneering role of the Youth Union needs to be promoted. Through specific, practical and effective actions, deeds and models, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Youth Unions at all levels have brought the message of "Innovation" to all activities of provincial youth. Through its activities, the Youth Union in the province strives to fulfill the resolution's target of over 50% of children and adolescents accessing digital capacity-building activities implemented by the Youth Union, Association, and Pioneer organizations at all levels by 2027; at least 50% of young people use online public services and 70% of young people use electronic payment accounts.

Improve skills

In response to development needs of the scientific and technological era, Youth Union emphasizes its role in fostering the spirit of creative youth. This is accomplished through Creative Youth movement, which encourages young people to engage in innovative study and work practices.

To support the development of the province, Youth Union at all levels will advocate for the Party Committee and unit leaders to endorse the implementation of ideas and initiatives proposed by union members and young people. Additionally, Youth Union will diversify its activities by organizing study and research competitions, creative contests, and awards. It will also propose youth projects and initiatives that focus on improvements and applications of science and technology, aligning these efforts with the political tasks of localities and units.

In 2025, Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will continue to implement the project "Improving digital capacity for Vietnamese youth in the period 2022-2030"; organize training on information technology for Youth Union officials at all levels; popularize digital skills, skills to ensure network safety and security for young people. Besides, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee is dedicated to creating programs that support and advise young union members in their studies and scientific research. Additionally, it coordinates creative competitions for youth, teenagers, and children, and utilizes information technology to showcase quality products to the community.

On the other hand, the Youth Union actively coordinates with organizations, individuals and businesses to help young people apply initiatives, inventions and innovations into practice and innovate forms, effectively implementing programs to support models of science and technology application among young people. By 2025, the Youth Union aims to ensure that 100% of its officials and 80% of young members in the province receive training to enhance their foreign language skills, foster international integration, develop social practice abilities, and improve digital transformation skills.
