As a matter of fact, the Youth’s League officials should be smart and highly qualified. Comparing to other political unions, age is the matter as far as organization of the Youth’s League is concerned. Youth is the most beautiful time of human life. Thus, the Youth’s League should fall for measures to promote enthusiasm and forces of the youths to act out their dreams and wishes. Accordingly, a Youth’s League official should be passionate and devoted to his position. Besides, ethics, ideology, and skills should be enhanced and possessed by every Youth’s League official.” Nam also wished that the young officials, cadres, and civil servants should always be the core resources for the development of Binh Duong Province on its pathway to become a city of central government by 2020.

Responding to this, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nghia, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the Youth’s League of Provincial Agencies elaborated of honesty in all aspects for the duty accomplishment as honesty would trigger the identification of limitation in leadership. Honesty should be upheld in union operations for the Party, the public, and the construction of the Party and authority.

“Youth’s League members should also know about the nature of the Youth’s League and qualifications of its staffs; errors and mistakes should be identified to develop the organization. Within Directive No. 01 of Central Youth’s League Executive on training of working style of Youth’s League members, 8 matters should be maintained including volunteering, responsibility, modeling, honesty, creativity, friendliness, and continual learning and training of skills.
