Youth union spurs patriotic emulation movement to welcome all level Party congress

To celebrate the all level Party congress and the 12^th national Party congress, the provincial youth union accelerated patriotic emulation movement and week for “Binh Duong young workers are proud of the Party” for all local teenagers.
