Youths know how to uphold creation

With various jobs, youths involving in the Young Creative Movement have a common character of ambition of creation.

From upholding initiatives for production

“At present, Binh Duong Electricity’s electric grid system has aimed at standards of technical assurance, urban rejuvenation and safety. Among these standards, Binh Duong Electricity launched to install functional boxes at the height of over 3 meters. The height caused obstacles for maintainers. Therefore, I sought out solutions to improve this situation. And, a high chair is an effective measure in conformity with reality”, Huynh Truong Binh, safe staff of Binh Duong Electricity’s Youth Union shared.

Creative youths were honored in 2010.

The high chair has a 360 degree turning part in conformity with positions of installed boxes. With the initiative, Binh has brought favorable condition and safety for his colleagues in electric equipment installment and maintenance.

To IT measures optimized

Similarly, Tran Van Tri, a staff of IT-Telecom Department under Binh Duong Electricity Youth Union created solutions to minimize problems of database. Data’s dispersion at electric branches caused losses of cost and time as well as FMIS system at the branches was in out of date. Therefore, he set out a measure to gather dispersed data into a certain clue.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Viet Khai, head of Banking Computer Team of Vietcombank created an internal website to bring efficiency for archives and information at Vietcombank branches.

Aside from initiatives created by Binh, Tri, Khai, the provincial Youth Union for Corporate Bloc has had many other examples of young creative movement. They include Nguyen Chi Trung, a technician of Binh Duong Center’s youth sub-union, created a solution to save about VND84mil/year of electric bill for the trade center.    

Assessing the quality of “Creative Youth” movement, Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, vice secretary of the provincial Youth Union for Corporate Bloc, said “with 30 entries competing in the title of “typical young laborers”, there are many highlighted initiatives. The movement of young creation has been expanded groups of service, finance, banking… These initiatives have greatly contributed to local production”.
