To welcome the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong Province, tenure 2022-2027, Youth Union organizations in the province have organized many programs, activities, and launched emulation movements. These activities spread strongly and created an zestful atmosphere among union members and young people.

Youth Union of Phu Cuong Ward (Thu Dau Mot City) hold a groundbreaking ceremony to build a charity house for Youth Union Secretaries living in hardship, a work to welcome the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong Province, tenure 2022-2027.

Building a civilized urban lifestyle

In the past time, the youth of Phu Cuong ward, Thu Dau Mot City has enthusiastically organized many activities to welcome the 11th Provincial Youth Union Congress, tenure 2022-2027. On Cach Mang Thang Tam street, many electric poles were painted by the hands of young people and bloom with beautiful flowers to replace old ones covered with illegal leaflets. On Nguyen Van Tiet street, flower beds were cleaned, have new colorful flowers with flowers, and are propaganda boards "Ward of 3 NOs", "Ward of 4 Goods", "Phu Cuong Citizens of 5 EXAMPLARYs”. Especially, during the National Day ceremony on September 2, Phu Cuong Ward inaugurated "Fatherland Flag Road" on Nguyen Van Tiet street.

Nguyen Khanh Linh, Youth Union Secretary of Phu Cuong Ward (Thu Dau Mot City), said: “Besides activities to adorn the streets, build a civilized urban lifestyle, to celebrate the Provincial Youth Union Congress, the youth of Phu Cuong also held a ground-breaking ceremony to build a charity house for Youth Union Secretaries having harsh circumstances; organize the awarding of scholarships and bicycles to poor students in the ward; the introduction of new lodging house workers' union branches. We also propagate the congress on social networking sites…”.

Various celebrating activities

At the district level, Youth Unions carried out works and projects to celebrate the congress in various forms. Youth Union of Provincial Agencies - Enterprises’ Bloc organized a journey to "Continue the tradition - Firmly take the future" to Dien Bien province. Through this journey, young people learned more about revolutionary traditions and history. During the journey, the Youth Union presented the project "Lighting up the countryside" and scholarships to children in Pom Lot commune, Dien Bien district.

Meanwhile, Phu Giao District Youth Union has carried out a project to donate 1,000 national flags to families of young people on the 77th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day September 2. These activities contributed to arousing patriotism, reminding young people to live with good ideals, ambitions, and be commensurate with forefathers’ sacrifices.

In addition, Youth Unions and branches also have a series of activities, such as: the 3rd "Youth Festival of Thuan An City creative youth for the community" of the City Youth Union; the donation of “red scarf” houses of Ben Cat Town Youth Union; the repair of red scarf houses for poor students of Di An City Youth Union; Thu Dau Mot Youth Union award 60 scholarships worth 30 million VND to disadvantaged students at primary and junior high schools… There will also be a singing contest for religious youth held by Bau Bang District Youth Union; an online contest to learn about the history of Youth Union, the history of the District Party Committee and resolution of Youth Union Congress held by Phu Giao District Youth Union...

Activities to welcome the Congress will also be integrated into activities of youth union branches with the theme "Welcome the 11th congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong province, tenure 2022-2027", the establishment of youth union branches - association branches, seminars, dissemination and implementation of Resolutions at all levels and opinion contribution to documents of the Provincial Youth Union Congress…

At the provincial level, Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has carried out 30 days of peak emulation entitled "Binh Duong youth emulates to make accomplishments to welcome the 11th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong province, term 2022-2027".

Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: “In this congress, Binh Duong youth focus on the application of digital technology, therefore, welcoming and celebrating activities for the success of District Youth Union congresses, tunring towards the success of the Provincial and the National Youth Union Congresses have been strongly deployed by the Provincial Youth Union on social networking platforms, such as: new programs of Binh Duong youth’s aspiration to build the homeland"; 30 typical works, models, ways of doing things for the 2017-2022 tenure; Youth Union officials and young people across the province to change their cover photos and avatars to welcome the congress…”.

Only about 10 more days left, Binh Duong youth will welcome this big festival. Certainly, activities, works, and projects are still going on in all localities, signaling a successful congress and a prosperous new term.
