121 kWh of power saved in the whole province

Mr. Phan Thanh Lam, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Power Company, said that in the first 6 months of 2019, commercial electricity output reached 6.505 billion kWh, reaching 46.23% of the plan, up 10.73% compared with the same period in 2018; Particularly, the amount of electricity supplied to industry increased by 8.79% compared to the same period in 2018. Besides, the whole province has saved 121 million kWh of electricity, gaining 57.1% of the year plan, reaching the rate of 1 , 86% of commercial electricity output.

In the first 6 months of 2019, the company did not implement electricity reduction in the area; ensuring safe and stable power supply for socio-economic sectors in the province. Along with that, the company actively implemented a plan to provide stable and continuous electricity to serve the needs of living, entertainment and entertainment of the people during the holidays, Tet and national high school graduation exam.

Currently, Binh Duong Power Company is speeding up the construction progress of 110kV works to ensure safe, continuous and stable electricity supply; currently implementing KfW3 project under official development assistance (ODA). The company also completed construction of 22kV grid connected works to prevent overload in order to timely meet the demand of electricity use of customers, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province, limiting and minimizing power failure due to malfunction.
