In order to effectively carry out the COVID-19 prevention and control in the province, provincial Department of Health, provincial COVID-19 prevention and control Steering Committee recommended organizations, units, individuals, municipalities in the province continue to implement Directive No. 05 / CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, documents of Ministry of Health, Provincial People's Committee on some urgent measures to prevent and control the epidemic in the new situation; strictly implement official letter of the National COVID-19 prevention and control Steering Committee, actively check, take samples for testing, and monitor the health of people returning from Cam Giang, Hai Duong districts.

In particular, organizations, units and individuals need to implement guidance and assessment of COVID-19 infection risk issued by the Ministry of Health at households, shopping malls, supermarkets, markets, restaurants, at funerals, apartment buildings, workplaces, dormitories etc. The health sector closely cooperates with the military, police to counsel local leaders to continue checking cases going to and coming from epidemic areas to Binh Duong, especially from Hai Duong province, to carry out medical declaration, organize medical quarantine, and take test samples according to regulations. Medical facilities need to fully consolidate human resources, equipment, facilities, chemicals, medicines; arrange 24/7 on-duty prevention and control staff to ensure epidemic treatment, reception, diversification quickly and effectively. Units and organizations re-check material facilities, personnel, equipment, organize SARS-CoV-2 screening test conducted by Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City.
