Binh Duong PAR Index increased by 3.30

In the morning of May 19, Politburo member and Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh chaired a national online conference to announce the PAR Index (PAR INDEX) and Satisfaction Index of people and organizations towards the service of the State administrative agency (SIPAS) in 2019 of provinces and cities nationwide. Attending at the Binh Duong bridge point were Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, branches (in photo).

According to the published results, Quang Ninh province ranked first in the PAR Index in 2019, followed by Hanoi, Dong Thap, Hai Phong, Long An, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City ... Binh Duong PAR Index in 2019 stood 17th, reaching a total score of 82.30 / 100. Compared to 2018, the score increased by 3.30 points but the rank dropped by 2 places. Regarding the SIPAS Index 2019, the top 3 provinces are Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and Ca Mau. Binh Duong ranked 13th for SIPAS.

2019 is the third year SIPAS is implemented nationwide and the results of this index continue to provide a comprehensive picture of the quality of public service delivery, serving people and organizations of State administrative agencies in 63 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government.
