Binh Duong Pottery - Essence of Earth exhibition opened

Delegates visit the exhibition "Binh Duong Pottery - Essence of Earth". 

Morning of 18 Sep, at Traditional House of Di An town Culture, Sports and Tourism Center, the exhibition was opened with the theme "Binh Duong Pottery - Essence from Earth". The exhibition featured 100 pictures, materials and artifacts covering a whole range of Binh Duong pottery from early period through development stages to the present; Describing the many-stage process of producing potteries as well as improvements of production process in each period; Potential effects of pottery on the socio-political-economic growth of Binh Duong. Besides, the exhibition also displayed excellent pottery paintings of the town Children's Art Competition.

Visitors of the exhibition may also see the craftsmanship of artisans through many steps to create pottery products; experienced "becoming artisans" activity under the guidance of pottery artisans and painting on pottery.

The exhibition will end on December 31st. Through the exhibition to honor the value of pottery and talented craftsmen of Binh Duong pottery. The pottery not only makes wealth, contributes to local economic growth but also demonstrates culture and history of Binh Duong.
