Binh Duong Treasury to develop online public services

Over the first 6 months of 2021, State Treasury of Binh Duong continued to witness sharp decreases in revenues and expenditures of cash directly at units under State Treasury; implemented a project to strengthen the non-payment of cash within the system to soon form no cash transactions. In the last 6 months of 2021, Binh Duong State Treasury continues to accelerate system upgrade of online public services by increasing utilities servicing the units using the budget and investors.

The treasury provides 11/11 administrative procedures of State Treasury of level 4 and made on the national portal of public services right in the third quarter 2021 to basic form State Treasury of no customer transaction directly. In addition, Binh Duong State Treasury continues to promulgate regulations on electronic transactions in its operational activities to create the legal basis for provincial treasury to strengthen the connection and exchange of data with relevant units and units using budgets; perform storage of digital documents to soon form the treasury does not have paper receipts right in 2021.
