Conference on foreign investment orientation in the new stage thoroughly prepared

In the morning of January 12, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting on the preparation of the Conference of "Consultation on orientation of institutional completion and policies on foreign investment in the new context" took place in Binh Duong on February 14, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue. Attending the meeting were Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The expected content of the conference is to take the opinions of FDI enterprises to complete the draft project "Orienting to improve institutions, policies, improve quality and efficiency of attracting and using water investment." in addition to 2030 "and draft Resolution of the Politburo; difficulties and difficulties of the locality on institutions, policies and laws and management practices in the process of managing and attracting foreign investment; local proposals and recommendations to improve policies and laws, the role and responsibilities of each ministries and localities in order to attract selective foreign investment and solve shortcomings in attracting foreign investment related to land, environment, transfer pricing, ensuring national security, joint venture, and technology transfer, improving the quality of foreign investment.

At the meeting, leaders of provincial departments reported preparation work including meeting rooms, conference equipment, preparing documents, inviting FDI enterprises, welcoming guests. The meeting is expected to have 350 guests attended by the Government and 400 FDI enterprises in Binh Duong.

Concluding at the meeting, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem emphasized that the departments must carefully prepare logistic work, especially the list of business leaders to attend the conference to achieve the desired results. The conference will take place at Becamex Hotel, Binh Duong New City instead of the Exhibition Center as expected.
