Establishment of enterprise's science and technology development fund encouraged

 Provincial People's Committee has issued a directive on encouraging the establishment of Science and Technology Development Fund of enterprises.

Accordingly, Department of Science and Technology cooperated with Department of Finance and Tax Department to organize training on legal documents to encourage the establishment of Science and Technology Development Fund of enterprises in the province; explain the procedures for establishment, organization and operation, expenditure and management of the fund in accordance with Law on Science and Technology and relevant legal documents.

Provincial Tax Department cooperated with relevant bodies to instruct businesses to comply with the law on calculation methods of allocation and using the fund; declare deduction, allocation level in corporate income tax finalization declaration in accordance with Law on Corporate Income Tax… According to this directive, enterprises in the province actively and proactively established, allocate, manage and use the fund in accordance with regulations.
