Implementing Official Letter No. 3854/VPCP-KSTT dated May 9, 2019 of the Government Office on the implementation of Decree No. 09/2019/ND-CP and Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP on implementation One-stop shop, one-stop shop for handling administrative procedures, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked departments and agencies to actively implement tasks on implementing the one-stop shop, one-stop shop and promote comply with the motto "4 on the spot", including: Receiving dossiers and returning administrative procedure results to organizations and individuals must comply with the provisions of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP and Circular No. 01/2018/TT-VPCP guiding the implementation of a number of provisions of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the one-stop-shop and one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures.

For the district and commune levels, assigning the district-level People's Committees to base on the local situation to preside over, study and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to advise the provincial People's Committee to implement in the "one-stop-shop" department, district and commune levels of each locality.
