Non-essential services reopened, safety measures implemented
September 8, Chairman Tran Thanh Liem of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee signed and issued Document number 4364/UBND-VX to allow reopening of some non-essentials operations.
Accordingly, art performing activities, karaoke services, festivals, and sports games are allowed to open as long as safety measures recommended by the medical service are assured. Disinfection of surfaces, rooms, classrooms, and toilet has been regularly practiced at schools. Classrooms are ensured to be ventilated. Students are required to follow personal sanitation practice and regular hand-wash.
For the past time, departments and local authorities have directed the prevention of diseases by synchronous, suitable, and timely measures, especially in good implementation of directions of the government, ministries, Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee on prevention of Covid-19 in localities and units. All-level authorities have visited each person and enterprises to closely resume decisions on dual target implementation while preventing the pandemic without neglecting in terms of actions and awareness and developing the society and economy. Some measures on prevention of diseases shall be continued including the prevention of diseases spreading from foreign nations. All the immigrants must be quarantined as required excluding the special quarantine approaches for investors, specialists, and skillful workers in enterprises that should be supervised by the medical authorities to ensure that the disease is not spreading to the community. The all-level directive boards of Covid-19 prevention must maintain quick responding groups to discover, localize, quarantine, and eliminate the disease effectively. Local medical authorities under direction of Provincial Department of Health and local people’s committees are to organize shifts assuring timely response in case of disease outbreak. Compulsory mask wearing shall continue at public places, outside offices, schools, and on public transport along with personal sanitation assurance.
