Phu Giao District to well manage construction investment

Phu Giao District Urban Management Office informed that over the period 2015-2020, the district granted 706 construction permits with a total area of 373,364m2, announced appraisal results of economic and technical reports, estimation of 429 projects; checked 14 projects before taking over and putting into use. In the management of housing and office buildings, the district issued 1,122 numbers, conducted a current situation assessment and advised the District People's Committee to report to provincial Department of Construction on 24 works that are public assets to be liquidated.

In the period of 2021-2025, the district Urban Management Office will continue to advise the District People's Committee to organize the management of construction investment; advise the District People's Committee to grant, extend, adjust, and revoke construction permits and inspect the construction of projects according to permits granted in the district according to law. To guide and inspect the construction of projects according to the approved urban architecture and construction planning management regulations; publicize regulations on management of construction planning and urban architecture; provide information on construction planning and architecture; manage landmarks, construction boundaries, construction level in the district as decentralized.
