Provincial Party Executive Committee contribute ideas to Draft Document of the 11th Provincial Party Congress tenure 2020-2025

On 5 Feb, Provincial Party Committee held the 35th session of Provincial Party Executive Committee, 10th term. Trần Văn Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial National Assembly delegation, chaired the conference.

The participants of the conference listened, discussed and contributed ideas to the Draft of Collective and individual review report of Provincial Party Standing Committee of 2019 and the Draft Document of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2020-2025. Accordingly, all delegates' opinions were agreed on the layout, headings, themes and motto of the congress. Besides, delegates contributed many opinions about contents such as: Overall objective for tenure 2020-2025; Breakthrough programs for tenure 2020-2025; the achieved results as well as limitations and weaknesses; favorable factors and difficulties, challenges for the province's development process in the coming term...

Speaking at the conference, Me. Nam thanked the comments of participants at the conference. The Secretary of Provincial Party Committee emphasised that the report on collective and individual criticism of Provincial Party Standing Committee presented quite carefully the implementation process as well as the criticism results, showing the thoughtfulness and elaboration in the implementation process. For the Draft Document of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2020-2025, Mr. Nam suggested that members of Provincial Party Executive Committee continue to study carefully this draft as well as issues of their in-charge sectors or fields to contribute opinions to this document.

Mr. Nam also asked branches, localities and units to pay special attention to a number of issues after Tet, including: Strengthen and ensure fire and explosion prevention and fighting, especially the proactive prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by the novel coronavirus (nCoV); Thoroughly prepare the handing over and receiving enlistment in 2020 according to the regulations.
