 - Madam, during the last time, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities" has been actively participated and participated in by the people, in which the Fund "For the Poor" has brought about escape poverty for many poor people. Could you please tell us about the programs that the poor have benefited from?

- Taking care of the poor is a beautiful job, demonstrating the ethical tradition of the nation. Over the past time, the province has always paid special attention to the poor, from the creation of "For the Poor" funds and other support sources to the implementation of sustainable poverty reduction policies. partly to help the poor rise out of poverty, the average annual poverty rate decreases.

Since its launch, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized the establishment of the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels in the province with over VND 200 billion. From the mobilized fund, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations have deployed and built 7,955 solidarity houses, charity houses, love shelters, heart surgery for poor children, visiting and supporting. support patients with critical illness. In addition to caring for the poor, from the "For the poor" fund, the "Gratitude" Fund organized activities of visiting, encouraging and giving gifts to 61,593 policy families and meritorious people. with a budget of VND 23.7 billion, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) carry out the project of donating essential interior equipment for the family policies with a total budget of over 12 billion VND.- At present, Binh Duong basically has no poor households according to the criteria of the Central Government, no households falling back into poverty, apart from the general policy for the poor of the Central Government and the provinces. - In recent years, in addition to well implementing socio-economic development programs associated with poverty reduction of the Central Government, Binh Duong also issued many policies to help the poor. Typically, Decision No. 426 / QD-UBND dated February 13, 2018, approving the set of criteria for investigating and reviewing poor households according to the multi-dimensional approach of the province in 2018-2020. This is the sharpness and creativity of the provincial leaders in the flexible application of the Party's decrees and directives in the province's poverty reduction plan. Typically in 2019, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in collaboration with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs review the poor households that lack information. Through review, the whole province has 1,110 poor households in need of support, the provincial People's Committee has also given the policy of spending from the provincial "For the Poor" Fund over 6 billion to carry out the work of giving television to poor households.

Along with focusing on poverty reduction, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province draws from the "For the Poor" Fund and funds mobilized by member organizations to coordinate with scholarships and bicycles for 2,845 students. poor studious with the amount of nearly 6 billion, organizing medical examination and treatment, free medicine delivery for 1,979 people in poor households with a total amount of more than 2 billion. - With the attention of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has diversified forms of propaganda to mobilize support from people, benefactors, officials and employees. organizations, armed forces and businesses in the area. The front also assigned clear and specific responsibilities. Each district, town and city to wards, communes, quarters and hamlets has a campaign committee to each household, each mass organization, targeting those who have better economic conditions, especially the party members do it first. encourage other subjects. Each unit and establishment has a different approach, but the campaign has attracted a large number of officials, party members and the entire population in the province to participate voluntarily, spreading the movement widely.
