Studying and following Uncle Ho becomes more and more effective

With a pioneer and enthusiastic spirit, along with new methods, good, effective and practical practices, up to now, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo in Bau Bang district has brought many good results. Studying and following Uncle Ho has became a regular task, strongly spread among party members and people of all strata.

Civil servants strictly implement

According to Bau Bang District Party Committee, in recent years, the District Party Standing Committee has led and directed the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo to Party Committees, agencies, branches and unions from district to grassroots level. The implementation of Directive 27/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on enhancing the learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in State administrative agencies at all levels in the district is a central, permanent task. Huynh Cong Du, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, said that in order for the studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle to be practical and effective, the district communicated to 100% district-level administrative agencies, town and commune-level administrative agencies and units with the participation of over 1,700 civil servants in learning and implementing well the content of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and annual themes. After studying the content of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and annual topics, each agency developed professional ethical standards, public service ethics to be close to functions and tasks of their unit. At the same time, all public officials and employees in State agencies and units signed commitments. This is one of the criteria for evaluation and classification of public official's performance at the end of the year.

In addition, the District People's Committee directed and implemented effectively two models of "Friendly government, of the people, by the people, for the people" and "Friendly office for the people". This has contributed to improving the quality of administrative reform and operations of State administrative agencies, to better serve the people; constantly strengthening people's confidence in the Party leadership, the effective management and administration of the State and local governments.

Many creative models

According to Huynh the Du, the District Party Standing Committee, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW is specified a central duty. Therefore, the District Party Committee paid attention to, directed, communicated and implemented the directive and annual topics. Especially, agencies, departments, Fatherland Front, unions of the district were encouraged to build new models, effective ways to attract party members, civil servants, members, and classes of people to participate in the "Following Uncle Ho" effectively, practically. The "Following Uncle Ho" has created extensive spread throughout the entire community. Thereby creating a tremendous revolutionary action movement contributing to the building of strong clean Party in terms of thought and organization; contributing to the prevention of and fighting against political ideal, moral lifestyle degradation...

Over four years, Party Standing Committee of Bau Bang District directed, regularly monitored, examined, preliminary assessed, summarized models and movements of "following Uncle Ho" in the district annually. Then, to be ready to remove poorly performing, non-practical models, and supplement with effective models to expand the movement in the district.

Currently, in addition to the six models encouraged by the District Party Committee, Party committees and governmental levels in the district also actively launch, build a number of models and practices at grassroots, such as: Fundraising for awarding students passing university entrance exam of Lai Uyen Town Party committee; Piggy banks to help lpoor members of Women's Union; Red Cross's "Rice jar of Love"; Supporting seeds, breeds, fertilizer for poor members" of the District Farmers Union; "self-governing roads" of Hung Hoa commune, Tru Van Tho, Lai Uyen, Tan Hung... These creative models, excellent collectives and individuals are annually timely commended, thereby creating strong spreading among the community.

It can be said that the effective implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo in Bau Bang District over recent years has contributed to the development of the awareness, responsibilities of party members, civil servants, and people of Bau Bang District in working, production and learning. The effective implementation of Directive 05 has a positive impact on the socio-economic development process, party building, political system construction, determination to develop a sustainable district.
