The highest Tet bonus of Thu Dau Mot City is VND 233 million

On occasion of Lunar New Year 2021, Labor Federation and Office of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Thu Dau Mot City jointly organized a visit to lean about the situation of Tet 2021 bonuses at 70 enterprises. The survey showed that enterprises now have plans to pay salaries of January 2021 and Tet bonuses to workers with an average bonus of VND 7 million per person. In particular, Tan Thanh Investment and Development Corporation has the highest bonus level of VND 233 million; the lowest bonus is VND 43,181.

Most businesses in the city will have Tet holiday period from 5 to 10 days. Some businesses have longer holidays. In addition, due to specific features, employees working in security services companies will still work during Lunar New Year 2021 holiday. Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Office of the city reminded business owners to pay attention and encourage workers on duty during the Tet holiday.
