The election of deputies held on May 23, 2021 to the 15th tenure National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels of 2021-2026 term is an important political event of the nation. In order to promote the spirit of ownership, responsibility and active participation of the entire public including ethnic minorities, the Ethnic Council of the National Assembly and the Government Committee for Ethnic Minorities have developed a plan of deploying election information and propaganda for ethnic minority areas in order to fully ensure the interests of the people in the "festival of the nation".

Imbued with the cultural characteristics and geographic residence of ethnic minorities, the propaganda on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure has also prepared with many features. The ultimate goal is how to make the public understand the purpose, meaning and importance of the election; grasp the basic provisions on the current Law on Election of National Assembly deputies, the Law on Election of People's Council deputies at all levels, guiding documents on the State election, the National Assembly, the National Election Commission and the Local Election Commission. Thereby, people can see that it is their rights to actively participate in the election; to understand the election processes and procedures; to understand the background, capacity as well as enthusiasm and responsibility of the candidates. Thereby, they would wisely elect people of enough virtue and talent to participate in building, proposing and supervising the implementation of policies for the development of the homeland including policies related to ethnic minority. In the province of Binh Duong, for a long time, there have been many ethnic minorities living together in unity, building their homeland for growing and developing such as Chinese, Khmer, Cham, Tay, Nung, Muong, Stieng, etc. In order for the election in the province to take place successfully in addition to other activities, the propaganda work has been directed by Binh Duong provincial Election Commission for the political system to organize the implementation of diversity, in many forms, such as digital communication, visual propaganda, propaganda by mobile means, propaganda through conferences and periodical activities, propaganda on the mass media etc., the units in the province focus on renewing the contents and forms of propaganda about the election in the direction of richness and diversity, suitable to local conditions and subjects. Thanks to that, over the past time, the propaganda on the election has been organized thoughtfully and reasonably to all classes of people including workers and especially ethnic minorities in Dau Tieng district, Phu Giao and many other places. Recently, the inspection and supervision team of Central Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee through field inspection in Binh Duong has highly appreciated the preparation for election of the 15^th tenure National Assembly deputies and members of the People's Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure of the province. Effective propaganda will create unity of awareness and consensus in society, contributing to the success of the upcoming election.
