To ensure security and order at Horasis Asia Meeting 2019

From 24 to 26 Nov , Horasis Asia Meeting 2019 was held in Binh Duong province. Hosting this international economic and external event, Binh Duong had more opportunities to build and heighten its image and brand name in eyes of partners and investors.

 Security checks is done at the entrance to ensure a safe and successful event.

 Along with \functional departments in the province, provincial police force implemented many solutions to ensure absolute safety as well as smooth traffic during this event.

Provincial Police focused on the purpose, meaning and importance of security and order guarantee at events of Horasis Asia 2019; actively fought sabotage plots and acts, attacked and suppressed criminals; ensured traffic safety and order, prevented and fought fires, created a stable social environment. The forces consolidated the public measures, along with many professional plans, closely collaboration between units, determined to prevent unexpected facts.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Truong Minh Canh, Deputy Head of Traffic Police Department (Binh Duong Police Department), said that to ensure the traffic order and safety for the Horasis Asia Conference 2019, provincial Traffic Police deployed patrol forces, blocked and regulated traffic at many key routes and intersections, ensuring smooth traffic, combating traffic congestion as well as doing well the task of leading foreign delegations to the event safely.

In addition, Directors Board of Provincial Public Security also directed forces to firmly grasp situation and activities of foreigners, entry and exit activities, and proactively detect  to prevent all possible bad acts. Particularly in Thu Dau Mot City, where many activities took place, the City Police cooperated with traffic police forces and professional police forces of the province to develop a plan to ensure traffic order and safety; appointed forces on key routes. The survey of destinations, plan for welcoming and leading delegations, traffic congestion handling plans were also well prepared.

“The police of Thu Dau Mot City appointed forces to be present at key points, such as Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, music and firework shooting areas... in order to ensure traffic safety, order and security for delegations and people attending the conference", added Lieutenant Colonel Dang Dinh Ha, Deputy Chief of Thu Dau Mot City Police.

Horasis Asia 2019 in Binh Duong was an important international event, a highlight to heighten and advertise the image of Binh Duong and an opportunity to promote trade and investment attraction, trade connectivity, deep integration. This was an opportunity for Binh Duong to introduce its image to international partners, improve the management capacity, scientific and technological level, contributing to the development of Binh Duong Smart City Project in the future.

The gathering of forces to ensure absolute safety for delegates and activities at Horasis Asia 2019 events contributed to building a safe and friendly Binh Duong image in eyes of international friends, domestic and foreign investors.
