 According to Binh Duong Electric Company, over the first 6 months, commercial power output is estimated at 6.6 billion KWh, up 1.42% over the same period last year. In which, the output supplied to industrial production accounted for 75.9%. Compared to the same period last year, total save of power consumption was 159 million KWh (reaching 50.8% target).

At present, the province is speeding up the implementation of projects on electricity grid development, transformer station, to solve difficulties; maintain the rate of households using electricity to be around 99.997%. In the past 6 months, the electricity branch performed price support for power consumption in accordance with Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP of the Government to more than 482,000 customers with a total amount of VND230 billion.
