To implement legal regulations applying to business establishments in healthcare sector

Provincial Department of Health has collaborated with Tan Uyen Town to hold a conference to disseminate Decree No. 117 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in health sector. At the conference, new contents adjusted and supplemented compared to the Government's Decree No. 176/2013 / ND-CP dated 14 Nov 2013 on sanctioning of administrative violations in health sector were presented.

Accordingly, business units in healthcare sector in the province are provided with information, including 4 chapters and 117 articles, provisions on administrative violations, forms, levels of sanctions, post-recovery measures for each act of administrative violation, competence to make minutes, competence to sanction administrative violations by each title in health sector. Administrative violations in this field specified in this Decree include 5 groups, including: Violations of regulations on preventive medicine and HIV/AIDS prevention, medical examination and treatment, pharmacy, cosmetics, medical equipment, health insurance, population.
