To inspect and sanction more than 200 cases of administrative violations in the construction sector

 Provincial Department of Construction inspectorate informed that since beginning of this year, the department had issued decisions to sanction 203 cases of administrative violations in the construction sector, an increase of 111 cases compared to the same period in 2019. In which, the department handled 143 cases without construction permits; 10 cases of unauthorized construction, and 56 other violations.

Thereby, the inspectorate issued 203 administrative decisions and total fine of more than VND 9.8 billion. The infringing organizations and individuals paid a total fine of nearly VND 8.8 billion. Compared to the same period in 2019, the amount of administrative fines increased by more than VND 5 billion.
