To promote action plans of breakthrough to implement Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Committee

Early November 25 at Binh Duong provincial Administration Center, Nguyen Hoang Thao, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee chaired the 26th meeting of Provincial People’s Committee. Attending the event was Mai Hung Dung, member of Standing Board of Provincial Party Committee cum permanent Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of departments, sectors and localities.

The meeting plenum contribute opinions to draft of the action plans of breakthrough to implement Resolution of the 11th tenure Provincial Party Committee, in details as follows:

The draft action plan of breakthrough to enhance human resource quality focusing on 3 groups of officials, cadres and civil servants, of students and working people to build up human resources of quality, knowledge, skill, working attitude and responsibilities to meet the demands of State’s management and labor market in the province.

Draft action plan of breakthrough to focus on developing high quality services to meet the demands of industrial development, modern civilization, and modernization of construction solutions to banking and finance, insurance, trade, informatics and communication, logistics and transportation, housing and development of urbanity, medicine, education, labor, science and technology.

Draft action plan of breakthrough to focus on developing infrastructure to mobilize all resources of economic components with continual synchronous and modern development of traffic infrastructure, especially the constructions of momentum to ensure central connection of urban centers of the province to Binh Duong New City and external joints of Binh Duong New City to provinces and cities in the major economic zone of the South. To invest into constructions of new urban infrastructure and concentrated administration center of the province attaching to investments, upgrade and beautification of Thu Dau Mot city and satellite urbanities of Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat and Tan Uyen in modern, clean and environment-friendly orientation with upgrade of people’s living conditions.

The delegates contributed ideas to layouts, targets, leadership points of view and measures to implement the draft action plans. They believed that the provincial authority has extended many policies of attracting working people; however, ‘how to retain them’ has not been considered. The provincial authority should also enhance training soft skills and language competence among students and working people.

Concluding the session, Nguyen Hoang Thao noted that departments and sectors should consult with the construction of the drafts to adjust and add the visions, targets, names, and layouts to meet the requirements of the actions plans of breakthrough on submitting to Provincial Party Committee.
