To strengthen measures to prevent and control the epidemic on passenger transport vehicles

Provincial Department of Transport sent an official document to transport businesses in the province to ask for strict implementation of measures to prevent and control the epidemic in the new situation.

Passengers wear face masks for epidemic and disease prevention control.

Accordingly, Department of Transportation required transport businesses to equip hand sanitizers (at least 60% alcohol content), disinfectant solutions, garbage cans with lids on all passenger transport vehicles. All drivers, attendants and passengers traveling on the vehicles must wear face masks correctly at all times in bus station areas and on transport vehicles; make online medical declarations;

Transport businesses continue to carry out and disseminate many recommended contents to all drivers and passengers using means of transport, especially on public transport vehicles according to instructions of Ministry of Transport at the Official Dispatch No. 2686/BGTVT-VT;

to stop the transportation of fixed routes through many provinces or cities, contracted transport activities, coaches and buses to/from and within Da Nang city. Transport activities not going through Da Nang city still operate normally. The freight transportation activities are doing normally.
