To urgently complete procedures for reducing electricity prices

 On January 17th, Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), informed that it is urgently directing its member companies in 21 southern provinces and cities to make every effort, mobilize all forces, and improve more information technology systems, determined to complete the release of electricity discount adjustment invoices, electricity bills in 2020, ensuring timely reimbursation of electricity cost to customers in the bill period of January 2021 and the following months.

Binh Duong Power Company (PCBD) planned to implement electricity price reduction, electricity bill reduction for more than 478,000 customers. Specifically, PCBD will offer discount to about 477,391 customers. For tourist accommodation facilities, PCBD will give discounts to about 371 customers; 307 customers with cargo warehouses during circulation will also be discounted by PCBD. Previously, to implementing the reduction of electricity prices, electricity bill phase 1 due to the influence of Covid-19, PCBD has applied electricity price and bill reduction for 485,253 customers with the total amount of more than VND 583 billion.
