Specifically, the Industrial Development Index (IIP) increased by 9.86%, this is the highest growth rate from 2016 to present of Binh Duong. Total retail sales of consumer goods and services increased by 19.2% compared to 2018, an increase of 101% compared to the plan in 2019. Export turnover increased by 15.6%, exceeding the plan in 2019. Surplus trade balance of import and export was estimated at 6.9 billion USD. Commercial electricity output is estimated at 13.6 billion KWh, an increase of 9.1% compared to 2018, the percentage of households using electricity reaches over 99%.

At the meeting, generations of leaders and retired officials have made contributions to the Industry and Trade sector to develop more on the basis of renovating mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs, piloting many effective models. , promoting administrative procedure reform, removing difficulties, reducing costs, strongly promoting production and business, creating a general growth motivation for the economy.
