Ben Cat surpasses year’s plan on voluntary blood donation

Ben Cat town’s Steering Board of Voluntary Blood Donation has just coordinated with HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center to organize the fifth voluntary blood donation campaign of 2019.

With the message of “Blood donation saves a life-a noble deed”, the campaign absorbed around 200 volunteers. As a result, the organizers collected 134 units of blood.

It is known that since early this year, the town has collected 1,515 units of blood, surpassing 4.48% of the year’s plan.
