Ceremony to mark 52nd anniversary of Bau Bang victory held

Early November 10, leaders of Bau Bang district together with more than 500 officials, civil servants, Youth Union members and pupils in the district held an incense and flowers offering ceremony to commemorate the 52^nd anniversary of Bau Bang Victory (November 12, 1965-November 12, 2017).

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the 52-year tradition of Bau Bang victory. Especially, Bau Bang-Dau Tieng victory in the resistance war against the US was considered as an "iron fist" on the southern battlefield at that time. Upholding the tradition, Bau Bang today is changing strongly, becoming a destination for domestic and foreign investors. The district is focusing on industrialization and modernization for comprehensive and sustainable development, soon becoming an urban-industrial hub of the province. This is a chance for generations today to commemorate heroic martyrs who fall down for national independence and freedom on Bau Bang heroic land.
