Diverse activities in civilized urban construction

Provincial Youth Unions at all levels engaged volunteer activities in civilized urban construction over the past time.

Particularly, they actively made dissemination of information about civilized urban construction; launched a “Green Sunday” campaign with activities on environmental hygiene; set up youth volunteer squads keeping traffic safety; built up “light, green, clean, nice, civilized and safe” streets; established model lodging facilities…

As a result, provincial Youth Unions at all levels organized 8 Green Sundays at provincial level,  238 at grassroots level; maintained 250 youth volunteer squads keeping traffic safety; launched 27 civilized streets; cleaned up nearly 40 km of urban roads; organized nearly 450 propaganda shows and delivered more than 25,000 leaflets on environmental protection; set up 10 model lodging facilities…
