Environmental protection in association with economic development promoted

To strengthen State management in environmental protection, provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment has advised the province on many plans, projects regarding environmental protection.

Accordingly, the province has set up joint regulations between the local sector of natural resources-environment, localities, mass organizations and other sectors…, aiming to strengthen monitoring, inspection and implement environmental protection among people and businesses. In the 2015-2020 period, the province spent more than VND8.1trillion from State budget and ODA capital on carrying out water drainage and urban waste water treatment projects. Province-based businesses also built waste water treatment works worth thousands of billions of dong.
