Following the tradition for sustainable future

To celebrate the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930-February 3, 2020), provincial Support Center for Young Workers has just held a journey “Following the tradition for sustainable future” No.1 for 90 outstanding young workers from clubs connecting young workers. This is the first journey in a series of journeys on traditional education among young workers and youths done by the center under the instruction of provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.

Do Van Phung, Director of provincial Support Center for Young Workers said that the center had the honour of organizing the first journey in a series of “Following the tradition for sustainable future” in celebration of the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam towards Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 tenure. The journey aims to educate revolutionary traditions among young workers; create innovation for movements, activities of the center and clubs connecting young workers.

Coming to the journey, young workers had a chance to visit the statue of heroic martyr Vo Thi Sau in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province’s Dat Do district. After offering incense to commemorate the female hero, they learnt about her revolutionary cause and life…

The Party cell of the center also received a list of 10 outstanding Youth Union members while donating gifts worth VND1million each to 5 pupils with needy circumstances. On this occasion, the center honored outstanding collectives, individuals from clubs connecting young workers in 2019.

In addition, young workers took part in an art performance exchange and games for better solidarity. Possibly speaking, the journey brought them great significance about patriotism from the bright example of heroine Vo Thi Sau…
