Great national unity festival held

On the afternoon of November 15, the Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) of hamlet 3 in North Tan Uyen district’s Tan Dinh commune held its great national unity festival, in attendance of Le Huu Phuoc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Education and Propaganda.

At the festival, the hamlet’s FFC reviewed the 89-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and reported the results of implementation of the campaign of  “All people consolidate to build civilize urban and new-style rural areas” in association with the “All people consolidate to build cultural lifestyle” movement in 2019. In 2019, the hamlet launched many emulation movements among locals, contributing to the local socio-economic development.

On this occasion, 93 households were recognized as cultural families for three consecutive years. The hamlet also commended and rewarded 6 outstanding cultural families in 2019. Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and FFC offered gifts worth VND1million each to 10 poor households. The district’s Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and FFC also presented gifts worth VND500,000 each to 10 poor households. Tan Dinh commune gave gifts worth VND300,000 each for 8 poor households.
