Hi-tech, urban agriculture on robust growth

Over the past time, Ben Cat town’s hi-tech, urban agricultural models reached vigorous development. Many households bravely applied sci-tech advancements into production for better results.

The town is now home to more than 170 hectares of growing vegetables, including nearly 9 hectares for safe vegetables with semi-automatic irrigation systems. The town has so far formed up a chain of safe food; had 3 households granted Vietnam Agriculture Practice (VietGAP) certificates with a total area of 3 hectares and 144 households with commitment on producing safe vegetables and fruits.
