KOCHAM scholarships, houses of compassion for poor people, poor-but-excellent pupils

Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Education-Training, Fatherland Front Committee and Red Cross Society in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in HCM city and the Republic of Korea Chamber of Commerce (KOCHAM) in the province awarded 219 scholarships totalling about VND700million to poor students at a ceremony held on the morning of October 7.

On this occasion, province-based KOCHAM also supported VND1billion for 13 needy households to build houses of compassion.
