Members of local Association of the Elderly donate land to making rural roads

Under the joint program on new-style rural construction, provincial Association of the Elderly and its branches have so far supported more than VND6.35billion and donated 55,675 square meters to the construction of the local rural roads.

They also took part in protecting the environment, building civilized urban areas, contributing 4,628 working days and there were 3,062 elderly people participating in crime prevention, ensuring the local order and security.
