Offering new jobs to hundreds of workers from company suddenly dissolving

Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Vice-Chairwomen of provincial Labor Union said that all the 345 workers from Delancey Street Furniture VN Co.Ltd. at Rach Bach industrial park in Ben Cat town that announced to dissolve on February 17 have been offered jobs by an enterprise.

Accordingly, Dai Loc Footwear Company in Ben Cat town has decided to receive all the above laborers. It is known that the company needs to recruit around 800 laborers in early 2021. After hearing information of dissolving from Delancey Street Furniture VN Co.Ltd., the company contacted trade unions at all levels of the province to offer jobs to the above laborers.

Mrs.Tran also said that the local functional agencies has guided Delancey Street Furniture VN Co.Ltd. to make procedures for dissolving. The company also pledged to pay salaries and many other policies for laborers under the labor code.

Prior to that, the company suddenly announced to dissolve on the morning of February 17, making hundreds of laborers puzzled.
