Outstanding collectives, individuals in learning promotion honored

Thuan An city’s People’s Committee, on July 3, held a conference to review the five-year implementation of the PM’s Decision No.281/QD-TTg dated February 20, 2014 on approval of the “Project on strengthening the lifetime learning movement in family and community to 2020” for the 2016-2019 period.

After five years of realizing the Decision No.281, the city reached practical results in the local learning movement, thereby contributing to carrying out the Party and State’s policies on building up a learning-based society from grassroots level.

It is known that on this occasion, the city’s People’s Committee Chairman and provincial Learning Promotion Society awarded the certificates of merit to outstanding collectives, individuals in the local learning promotion towards a learning-based society last year.
