Pham Quoc Cuong wins overall yellow jersey of television cycling tourney

The awards ceremony of the Binh Duong Television Cycling Tournament-Ong Nhua Hoa Sen Cup 2017 was held yesterday afternoon.

Prior to that, Nguyen Minh Viet of the host team BTV Dai Nam Binh Duong excellently won the 174-km ninth stage of the tournament from Dak Nong’s Gia Nghia town to Binh Duong’s TDM city after defeating two cyclists Nguyen Dac Thoi of Vietnam’s young cycling team and Nguyen Duong Ho Vu of the host team BTV Dai Nam Binh Duong.

Pham Quoc Cuong of Dong Thap won the overall yellow jersey for the nine-stage tourney. The overall green jersey and white jersey went to Le Nguyet Minh of VUS HCM city and Nguyen Minh Luan of Vietnam’s cycling team, respectively

In the overall team rankings, VUS HCM city won first prize. Gao hat ngoc troi An Giang was second while Bike Life Dong Nai took third position.
