Phu Giao collects 1,786 units of blood

Phu Giao district’s Steering Board of Voluntary Blood Donation has just coordinated with HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center to organize a voluntary blood donation campaign under the theme of “Drops of pink blood for the community”.

The campaign absorbed numerous civil servants, laborer and locals. As a result, the organizers collected 169 units of blood, contributing to serving medical treatment at healthcare facilities in the coming time.

As of now, the district’s Steering Board of Voluntary Blood Donation has collected 1,786 units of blood, up 36 units of blood compared to the year’s plan.
