Province focuses on traffic infrastructure development

To effectively realize a task of building, maintaining and tapping traffic infrastructure, provincial Department of Transport (DoT) over the past time advised provincial People’s Committee on perfecting a group that is in charge of carrying out the Prime Minister’s Decision No.994/QD-TTg on approval of a plan on restoring order and safety on roads, waterways for the period of 2014-2020 while adjusting speed limit signs under the instruction of Vietnam Road General Department.

Provincial DoT also agreed with HCM city’s Department of Transport on methods to adjust the highway 13’s toll station at interchange with Phu Long bridge; submitted a report on pre-flexibility of projects, including the Binh Duong new city-Suoi Tien bus rapid transit (BRT) project…, into provincial People’s Committee for consideration and approval.
