Province to give vocational training for over 1,500 rural laborers

In April and early May, 2018, provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has coordinated with 9 localities in the province to organize conferences on vocational training-employment consultancy and propaganda for rural laborers in 2018, which are expected to absorb nearly 700 cadres being in charge of poverty reduction and laborers.

So far, 4 such conferences have been organized in Tan Uyen, Di An, Thuan An towns and TDM city. Participating delegates were guided the Vocational Education Law; policies on vocational training for rural laborers; how to organize vocational training classes…, thereby creating jobs, increasing incomes for rural laborers, contributing to shifting the local labor structure for socio-economic development.

It is known that according to 2018’s plan, the whole province will organize 73 vocational training classes for more than 1,500 rural laborers.
